Administration Assistant (Part-time, 20 hrs per week)

About You:

  • You will be an enthusiastic individual looking to develop your skills and experience in a busy and innovative organisation.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a vast array of students who use the Centre and other people in our community.
  • You will have excellent time management skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, and will be skilled in the use of the Microsoft suite of products.
  • Most importantly, you will be able to respond to spontaneous situations and activities and be able to pause other tasks to assist with other identified priorities.
  • Are you currently studying at university? This would be a great part time job for you!

Outreach Ambassador (Casual, 8 hrs per week)

About You:

  • You will be an enthusiastic individual looking to develop your skills and experience in a busy and innovative organisation.
  • You will be a professional and competent communicator, and able to liaise with community organisations and partners on behalf of the University of Canberra and the CUC Snowy Monaro
  • You will provide key support in the design and delivery, of outreach and community engagement initiatives in the Cooma, NSW region.
  • You will be able to complete administrative tasks as necessary, and be flexible and dynamic. 
  • Are you currently studying at university? This would be a great job for you!
